As part of a total commitment to sports excellence the PIAMC has begun to make available training in the cultivation of cognitive and emotional balance.   The PIAMC will  deliver  a combination of contemporary psychology and neuroscience in association with ancient Asian contemplative practices.  Delivered through residential retreats and weekend seminars PIAMC is open to all.     It teaches the practice of “mindfulness of breathing”, which is helpful technique for relaxing the body and calming the mind.
